Slip the cuff over your ankle so the control panel sits on the outside, and fasten the strap. Press the centre button to switch it on, then use the side buttons to cycle through 3 heat levels, 3 compression modes and 5 stimulation intensities until it feels right. Put your feet up and let it run — most people use it in the evening before bed.

It's one adjustable size. The hook-and-loop strap opens wide and fastens snug, so it fits most adult ankles. The control panel sits on the outside of the ankle; the heel and the top of the foot stay uncovered.
